Accessibility Information

Wheelchair Access

The main floor of the Mosque-Cathedral is almost entirely wheelchair accessible. The accessible entrance is the Puerta de los Deanes. Ramps are in place to navigate steps at the main entrance to the prayer hall (Puerta de las Palmas). The Bell Tower is not accessible due to its narrow staircase.

Accessible Toilets

Adapted toilets are available within the monument complex for visitors with disabilities.

Guide Dogs

Certified guide dogs are welcome inside the Mosque-Cathedral.

Services available for visitors

Free Wheelchair Loan

A limited number of wheelchairs are available to borrow for the duration of your visit. It is recommended to inquire about availability in advance.

Reduced & Free Entry

Visitors with a disability rating of 64% or less receive reduced entry. Those with a rating above 64% receive free entry, as does one companion. Official accreditation is required.

Blind & Visually Impaired

Information materials for the blind are available at the entrance to the monument.
